Shipping policy

Jackson Angus Beef, LLC ships on Monday of each week.  This ensures that the perishable beef that is ordered ships directly to consumers as expediently as possible and does not set in a mail center over the weekend.

Patrons should be aware that our beef is hard frozen when shipped in an insulated box with frozen gel packs.  Beef should arrive to you as follows:  next day: frozen;  2 days: frozen with some thawing; 3 days: thawing but moderately cold; 4 days: moderately cold/cool to the touch.  It is completely safe to refreeze.
